We will first need to review your blueprints to ensure they are up to our high quality standards, and may have to modify them somewhat or suggest some changes necessary to ensure we are satisfied that your structure will be safe and strong. Our experience has taught us that it is often more costly and time consuming to work this way however, and many of our clients choose to have us draw up the blueprints to ease up the process and lower the cost of their project.
